I had a few of those. I didn't make the leader board for my company, but I was the leader on my own board in my own office...and I met those goals! (So we upped the game for 2021!)
When I joined PalmerHouse Properties some 10+ years ago, we had 300 or so agents....1 person that cut commission checks, and 1 broker-in-charge.
Fast forward to 2020..and wow! A picture is worth a thousand words!

Believe it or not, you have lots of options if you are looking to spend $950,000 - $1.250,000 on a home in the Atlanta area!
In fact about 180 of them as of today! This list of homes is just in Atlanta proper, but keep in mind that there are some expensive areas outside of Atlanta, such as Country Club of the South, St Marlo Country Club ( one home is listed here over $3.2M) and Sugarloaf Country Club in Gwinnett County.

1010 Midtown is one of 3 remaining Midtown Atlanta Condominium buildings that is selling new construction inventory. As a result, we are not able to get a complete picture of the activity in the building, since some sales will not be listed in First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS).
However, our comparison to the same time period in 2010 does show some marked increase in activity as well as the Average Sales Price. We all know that times are kinda tough for many people right now. I get that. But, you sort of have to pick and choose WHEN you should, or should not, seek the advice of a professional.

It's been a few years since I went to college. But the memories are quite fond. Maybe not of studying and final exams, but certainly of college life in general. It was my first opportunity to live away from my parents. (Yippie!) But, I can also remember HOW scared I was at the same time!! Meeting all these new people, fitting in with them in some form or fashion, and also being able to "start out fresh" from high school. WOW...there was lots to think about! So, let's take a look at the numbers for sales and compare the time period of February 15 - March 15, 2010 to the same time period this year.
The Midtown Atlanta GA Market Report is rather interesting:
So, the sales were pretty consistant compared to last year. But there was a $8500 decrease in the Average Sales Price, and an increase of 38 day on the market to make those sales happen.

Doraville, Georgia is trying to plan for the future...as hard as that may be in these economic times. But we all know the importance of a plan.
The Planning Team, lead by Tunnell-Spangler-Walsh and Associates laid out the long term plans for the Town Center of Doraville, and of course, the crown jewel...the currently shuttered General Motors Plant. The final presentation was held last week to a small crowd of city officials and local residents. (Unfortunately, I missed this meeting!) The story was featured (briefly) in the AJC
