travel: The Benefits of Keeping a Journal - 04/03/18 01:32 AM
I love to write.

I got started here in The Rain way back in 2007. And I can say I have written a blog post or two. Not as many as some of you have done (you MillionPLUS point kinda people) but I've done them. And I've fallen on and off the wagon more than once.
I'm hanging on to the side of the wagon now, and I will get back on it! It's tough....I've got THREE, yes, THREE places to blog and work on. There is MyMidtownMojo, my main site I started back shortly after joining Active Rain. I'm learning how a … (45 comments)

travel: Speechless Sunday -- Mountain Calming in North Carolina - 07/27/14 01:00 AM
Sadly, I love the beach. The ocean, the breeze, the sand....I would love to walk the beach every night! But the beach is 6 hours from Atlanta! So, we take Option 2...which is not a bad one.
Even my partner who LOVES the beach is pretty happy now when we go to the Mountains! I can say, I'm recharged as well. Mind you, recent trips involve rock hunting for our stream bed project in our front yard, but we still get time to recharge!
Enjoy Silent Sunday!

travel: Mark's In And Out Drive In Livingston MT - 06/02/11 10:56 AM

Mark's In And Out Drive In Livingston, MT
Travel is a wonderful thing.
You get to experience new places and people.
You can return to the special places you discovered before.
Or you return to places where you came from...like Montana.
Of course, places change over time, and Montana is no exception.
Except for my home town of Livingston. It seems to be stuck in a time warp from say, the 1800's? Well, maybe not THAT bad, but much of remains like it did when I left back in the early 80's.
My trips home are usually pretty quiet. I … (7 comments)

travel: Speechless Sunday - 05/24/09 02:03 AM

Taken January, 2008 in Pensacola Beach! From what I read on Facebook, it's not quite this nice there this Memorial Day weekend!
So, I just share this and it quickly reminds me of the day that I was there!
For those of you that live close to the ocean, don't take it for granted! I wish I could just hop out there for an hour or two right now!
Happy Memorial Day Weekend!

travel: Do You Remember The Good Times? - 01/11/09 12:14 AM
Do you remember the good times? No, I don't mean when you were working with 4 or 5 buyers at one time, and had 10-15 listings that would not be on the shelf for more than 15-20 days?Do you remember the good times?  That special moment with a family member? The last time you saw that family member? How about that time you did that stupid crazy thing you hope nobody saw? That New Years' Eve on the beach freezing in the wind but welcoming a better year? Our mind, or more importantly, our memory is more amazing than any computer or … (12 comments)

Anything about Intown Atlanta Real Estate you wanted to know but were afraid to ask, or didn't know WHO to ask....you have come to the right place. And if we don't know we WILL get the answer! So WHAT IS Intown Atlanta?
There are many definitions, but let's just say anything inside I-285, or "Inside the Perimeter - ITP" is Intown Atlanta! There are many neighborhoods, from Buckhead, to Brookhaven, Morningside, Midtown, and Midtown West, to actual cities like Decatur, Chamblee, and Doraville.
I work with BOTH Buyers and Sellers. If you are looking for the best Internet Marketing, or a broker that knows the Intown Atlanta area, then you HAVE come to the right place!
