First, it's not my listing, but looks like it could be a real good deal. A 5 bedroom and 3.1 bank owned home in McHenry hit the market yesterday. It has 2 master suites and a finished basement. Starting at 239,900, how low will it go... Pics to follow.

Both properties did not sell (39 surrey and 211 Huntington) , but were rented out within a couple of weeks (even with the holidays). I guess we will wait until 2010 or later to sell. It will give the market a couple more years to recover and the value of the properties to appreciate.
