Frisco Texas is alive with new construction on both the west and east sides of the city. One of the hot developments is Lawler Park, a new home development on the east side of the city. Lawler Park is located on the north side of Rolater between Coit and Independence. The development consists of two sections, The Arbors at Lawler Park and The Crossing at Lawler Park. We were out working with a buyer on Sunday who was purchasing a new home in Richwoods, a master planned community in Frisco, Texas. The builder we worked with that day has at least 30 homes under construction with 30 or more waiting to break ground. Sales have been brisk with the builder offering a number of sales incentives and upgrade packages to encourage early contracting. As the development matures, these incentives tend to be decreased or eliminated and price tend to move upward. I dropped by The Preseve in Allen today. Things have really started to take shape. The two model homes near the west side enterance are just about complete. We have been told that they will be complete and open for business by the end of March. As I drove the neighborhood, I noted the lake is full and about six homes are well on their way to being completed.
