Is freedom free? The correct answer is no, but what is the cost? And what does freedom mean to you? I was driving through the small village of Browntown WI (pop.250)and saw this mural painted on the side of their community museum. On monday May 18th the Wisconsin Realtors Association released from the U.S Department of Housing and Urban development. Secretary Shaun Donovan said that the Federal Housing Administration is going to permit its lenders to allow home buyers to use the $8000 tax credit as a down payment. Welcome to South Wayne! Population approx. 500 The Village of South Wayne, located in the southeast corner of the County, was originally named Collins, in the 1880s, after the local railroad superintendent. Nic Larson, my oldest son makes the "Walk" as the other 2009 graduates call it. We rejoiced today as our Nic graduated from UW Wisconsin Parkside in sports Management with High Honors. Govorner Jim Doyle gave the commencement address. He stressed that we are in a challenging day with great oppertunities for the best and brightest who commit to service their fellow man. The Larson 8

The season has begun. The little league fields across the country area buzzing with activity. The Larson family is no exception. My youngest son is moving up from the midgets to starting his first year little league while my oldest son has just finished his college baseball career at the University of Wisconsin Parkside, and will graduate this Saturday. I was on my way to pick a sold sign at a home in Albany, WI. the other day. After I retrieved the sign I drove across the bridge that spans the Sugar River. This river cuts through the heart of the village. Over the years I have canoed this beautiful river many times. In the summer you can see tubers floating different sections of the water. Recently I was asked be a prospective client to list their property. (This is not it) After doing an extensive market analysis I determined what I believed to be the appropriate listing price. The client wanted a much higher price, but I showed them that the property didn't match their desired price for the current market conditions. They continued to point out things that had more sentimental value than market value.
