resale: Builder trends are matching local buyer trends

Realty Times recently had an article published that outlined many of the customer trends that were impacting new construction. I've seen many of these same trends within my own client base regardless of whether they were buying new or resale homes. This should be a list that sellers should consider when preparing their homes for sale, or for homeowners who are looking to do some remodeling but want to know what might help them make a more viable and market friendly home for the future.
