social media marketing: When to Blog, Email, Tweet and Post on Facebook for Business Effectiveness
- 08/08/11 10:32 AM
In our worldwide web of interactions things change, again, and again, and again. To be a consistent source of information and provide effectiveness you need to stay on top of the changes, or help move with them. Sometime this means doing your own research and being that source, and sometimes you might just be lucky enough to have someone be the source for you.
I wrote a post in November 2009 "5 Tips on Choosing the Right Day to Market Your Real Estate Services Online" which called for: Tweeting Midweek Publishing Blog Posts Midweek NOT emailing on Saturdays Engaging Facebook (16 comments)

social media marketing: Michael Jackson, Social Media Gluttony, and Wall-E

Michael Jackson, Social Media Gluttony, and Wall-E Today I was reading a newsletter from Social Media Today that warned about the risks of overusing social media, with quite a brilliant comparison made to Michael Jackon. Social Media Gurus who rise to the top must be careful that their transparency, position, and influence does not disengage them from their audience And isolate them...... At least that is what I got out of the analogy. The article was prompted by a post that Jason Baer wrote, "Let's Stop Swooning Over Social Media". I applaud this post for its spot on appraisal of what (15 comments)
The reason I ask this question is simple. One of the most recent upgrades on Facebook allows users to group their Friends on Facebook into lists. Stealing Bases Won't Hit It Home Everytime with Social Networking and Blogging You can hit it home consistently with social networking and blogging but in order to do this you gotta trackback to the beginning. These folks are running with (16 comments)

Automation seems to be the only answer to a harried business professional looking for the key to slow this online pace down. Fear is fed to those who haven't engaged in blogging, "It's just not for everyone", some say. I say Beware of Automation. Conversations Are For Everyone. Allow me to bend your ear. Have a Listen,
Are you willing to let down your hair and reach out? Consumers are willing to (21 comments)
