What's in your blueprint? There are any number of things that separate the super successful entrepreneurs from the less successful and certainly the failed entrepreneurs. And it can be different for every person, but I’ll tell you what it’s not…It’s not talent, it’s not intelligence, it’s not hard work, it’s not luck….in truth, both successful entrepreneurs and failed entrepreneurs alike can have all of those traits, but they're not the ultimate determining factors in success or failure. Entrepreneurs of most any type (and as a real estate agent, you certainly qualify!) go into business for themselves for any number of reasons, but these are two of the most common reasons: 1. More flexibility (that's code for "more free time") 2. More control over your income (that’s code for “more money!”) My guess is that one or both of those were part of your reasoning as well.
