What's KLT? It's Know, Like and Trust...it's an important - crucial really - part of marketing a business.
Getting your prospects to Know, Like and Trust you is the best way to turn them into eager clients or customers. And it's one of the best ways to get your prospects to refer you to others, even if they don't hire you themselves.
It's always a good idea to step back and ask yourself: "when it comes to my marketing, what am I doing to get my prospects to know, like and trust me?"

Did you know that 80% of website visitors never scroll down below "the fold" of a website?
It's bad enough that web visitors spend mere seconds on sites before clicking away, but if they have to scroll down at all to get to "the good stuff", it's even less likely they will stick around long enough to, well, get much of anything out of your website.

I really don't want to offend you, but I've got to be honest so I'll go ahead and say it:
Every real estate website pretty much looks the same.
Every real estate website offers pretty much the same thing
AND
98% of them are fairly useless when it comes to generating new business.
What do I mean?
Well, just look at them...look at your own, look at your colleagues, look at your competition....
They DO all look the same: pretty pictures, credentials, "Why I'm better/different" "I'll work hard(er) for you", MLS search, listings, etc
