I am Michael Redden and I'm a tax attorney in Minneapolis, MN. I represent tax payers before the IRS and state tax authorities. There are more than ten million tax payers that the IRS has identified that have unfiled tax returns. That's just the number that the IRS has kept track of.
Coronavirus stimulus payments were tied directly to your income as reported on your tax return. Well, all of those people who didn't file their tax returns suddenly weren't eligible. So what did the IRS do? The IRS set up a website and said "Hey, if you haven't filed a return … (1 comments)
