Live in one of the many cool homes in Long Beach, California on the Peninsula.   A quiet beach neighborhood with the ocean on one side and the bay on the other.  
 
I love this neighborhood.  I use to go here to visit friends whose parents had a home on the ocean side of Ocean Blvd on the Peninsula.  To me it is a quiet place to live in Southern California.
