One of these markets is the first time buyer-under $350K buyer. These homes are being snatched up as quickly as they are put on MLS. So what gives? Well, there is now competition out there, which is a good thing. You are competing with first time buyers ( the tax credit incentive for 8K that must be completed by 11/30/2009), Cash buyer Investors and also 2nd home or vacation home buyers.
