Sellers Beware! All agents are not created equal when it comes to selling your home through a "short sale". It seems that many of the short sales that are on the market are listed with the agent that originally listed the property. When the home doesn't sell at a price to pay off the existing liens, the seller decides to sell it through a short sale.
