One thing about where I live I don't have to sell the recreation. As my properties are in the most beautiful place, close to rivers for fishing for northern pike and forest for hunting white tail and elk. Our town is known as Moose Capital and our beautiful snowmobiling trails lead you to enjoy the great outdoors where anything could be, big game, rabbits and beautiful birds.
