Was looking at some bank owned properties available in the Red Hawk area of Temecula and came across these three that I had to share. They all need some work but still these prices are awesome especially in such a nice area of the Southern part of Temecula.

No surprise to me and more than likely no surprise to you either but after listing that bank owned duplex it did not take more than a couple of days before we received multiple offers on it and the negotiations were intense but finally one and a half weeks later we had narrowed it down to one highest and best offer to move forward and put in escrow. They always say "it was worth the wait" well that could not be more than with this bank owned property I just got listed this morning. My market evaluation was submitted to the bank for approval more than 3 weeks ago yet they finally got back to me today and approved the listing price and contract.
