Over the last year, we have had more people requesting information about homes to rent than usual. Many want to buy, but are waiting for their home to sell in a difficult market elsewhere in the country. We have also had more sellers willing to rent their house while it is on the market or over the winter. Instead of directing people to the local newspaper, we began posting rental opportunities on our daily in-house newsletter so we have specific information on homes for rent to offer those who need to rent in the near term.
