I found this article on line and thought it was worth re-posting...
Author: Stan Parker
Real estate agents are now using a video when they give tours for a listing. The video will give an information on how real estate is going to be bought and sold in the near future. If you don't keep up with the competition, you will be left behind. The following are some tips on creating effective videos like these. The video is similar to a sales presentation. marketing: Time to separate yourself from the competition! - 08/25/10 07:26 AM

Time to push ahead of the pack!

In this market, Agents need to be able to separate themselves from the competition.

marketing: Virtual Tour vs Video Tour... Is there really a difference? - 06/24/10 05:54 AM
Virtual Tour vs Video Tour... Is there really a difference?
You bet there is!
I've been trying to educate Real estate Professionals for the past year while preparing this website as to the big differences in a virtual tour vs video tour.
So let's start with the virtual tour. There's nothing wrong with one, however, all it really is are pictures that are "stitched together", some times set to music and/or a narration. marketing: Tips for making a marketing video of your listings. - 06/14/10 04:05 AM
