The highest is the plantation home for $2.8 million, with deep water, sunset view, over 6500 square feet, 2 docks, 2 boat lifts, circa 1927, and simply an exceptional waterfront property at 3.8 acres. Pleasant Point Plantation is a golf course community; however, the golf course is currently closed and awaiting some new owners!  Anyone looking for a golf course??

Click on the tab at the top called Online Services.
Then under Property and Finance area, click on "Real Property Lookup":  http://www.bcgov.net/RealProperty/New_RealProp/Welcome.php
This takes the user to the page where he can access Beaufort Co. to see what someone paid for the home or property.
