Make 2018 the year you become a Homeowner!  This home buying seminar will give you the tools needed to navigate the home buying process. “Home is Possible”® Specialist, Dwight Pace of the Nevada Housing Division will discuss  the “Home is Possible”® down payment assistance grant program providing 3%-5% non-repayable grants to assist with your down payment and closing costs. As an attendee, you will receive your Nevada Housing Division Homebuyer Education Certificate qualifying you for participation in the “Home is Possible”® program.
