San Juan Hills East is a Golf Course community on the East side of San Juan Capistrano, CA. The tract consists of 222 single level townhomes, and is a senior community for people age 55 and above. It was built 1978 to 1979, approximately 11 years after its similarly named predecessor San Juan Hills West. To get there from Interstate 5, take the Camino Capistrano exit which is just one exit South of Ortega Highway (74). Turn right onto Camino Capistrano, then right again onto San Juan Creek Road.
