Wow, it's tax time again. Hopefully a lot of people will get off the fence and close before they file their taxes. However, amending is still possible. But since I also do taxes, I'm hoping for an increase in both areas. The problem is that homebuyers can't efile if they want the $8,000 tax credit, but they can mail it in and wait the 6-8 weeks it may take to get them back, I'm sure it will be worth the wait. Who can't use $8,000 in March or April, even June if it takes a little longer as some are fearing (0 comments)

Well, looks like we got an extension on the $8,000 tax credit until the end of the year. The only thing wie have to do now is to get more people qualified to take it. Now something has to be done for people who don't qualify for it. Banks are no longer lending money to anyone who does not have a perfect score. You have to have a minimum of 620 and then have 3%-5% to put down. You can use the $8.,000 as an additional down payment, but you will still need your own down payment. They have done away with all of the downpayment (1 comments)
