Wieder Realty is proud to announce that long time Palm-Aire Properties members, Donna Marcus and Marion Keane, have joined our team. Donna Marcus has transferred to Wieder Realty as one of Pompano Beach's top producing real estate agents with sales in the millions. Marion Keane is a mainstay in the Palm-Aire area and had managed the Palm-Aire Properties office for many years. Wieder Realty looks forward to many happy years with both of our newest additions.

On the site where Fort Lauderdale stadium now reside, a large-scale resort and water park may well occupy in the future. The tree-style resort will consist of 300 rooms and the water park admission will be approximately $39.95. The park would consist of giant river systems where visitors can ride inner tubes or swim between water slides, wave pools, downhill rapids and beaches. Treehouse-style hotel rooms would surround the resort. While one stadium would be partially torn down, the other would remain available for team sports, and new athletic fields would be built nearby. Recently Normiz Realty was purchased and transferred to Wieder Realty, Inc. Both locations are still open and fully operational. Now we have 24 Realtors selling the Palm-Aire/Cypress Bend area. Our Normiz-Wieder office is located 1221 S Powerline Road, next to the Bagel Snack restaurant and can be reached at 954-979-9788 and 800-962-9788. Our Wieder East office is still located at 900 S Powerline Road, between Walgreens and the Isle Casino & Racetrack. The office phone numbers are still 954-978-8300 and 888-658-1745. Greetings, Even though I remind myself daily to blog I have not been making much time for it lately. Perhaps it is because I actively list & sell real estate & manage a real estate office 6-7 days a week. Perhaps it is because I am getting ready to be married in 45 days or so. Perhaps it is because I am setting up my office so that I can go away on my honeymoon to Thailand stress free. I could go on and on but those are the major priorities going on right now.
