foreclosure: Sometimes You Just Have To Blog About It

It wasn't easy. I wrote a post about a week ago (Wednesday, January 6, 2010 to be exact) and just clicked publish on it this morning. It wasn't easy to write. It was even harder to publish. It needed to be written though and I feel the world needed to see it. Especially the real estate world. Are the banks listening? Maybe, just maybe, one of them will happen upon Stephanie Edwards-Musa's blog and read her post about "Marketing 101 For Banks With Active Foreclosures" as seen below. photo courtesy of respres I'm a big fan of Trulia. I think Trulia has a good attitude about real estate and the online world. With their blogging platform, Trulia Voices, their listings and the helpful nature of everyone I've come across that's involved - I just like them. I think they provide value to the consumer and value to the agent. I have never received any business from Trulia, but I have done my best to participate in the community (mostly Trulia Voices) as I think it can really be a great clearinghouse of information to a consumer.
