I signed up for a Webinar sponsored by the National Association of REALTORS® and am thinking how sad it is that we need to even consider these issues. Although I have not had any trouble or even felt uncomfortable at a showing or an open house, I know others who have. I have also heard of robberies, rapes and murders of agents. I am not naive enough to consider that this could not happen in my area. It certainly could and someday will. Looking for a two bedroom year around residence to come to and Swim in Gull or fish in the many nearby lakes. The famous Cinosam Club has low taxes, low club dues and a peaceful atmosphere much like it was years ago when founded. What has changed is this property.
