Are you considering getting into the Breckenridge Real Estate market and intend on short term renting your property? Let's discuss the ins and outs of what the Breckenridge Town Council has implemented.
In the fall of 2021 the Breckenridge Town Council passed an ordinance capping the number of short term rental licenses to 2,200 this did not include properties they considered resort or hotel properties. That essentially halted any new short term rental licenses being issued.
