In 2012 there were 154 sales in Dillon CO Real Estate compared to 2009 when there were only 97 sales which was a 10 year low. While the number of sales is only half of the high in 2004 with 318 sales or 2007 with 307 sales, sales data indicates a slow yet steady turn around in the Dillon CO Real Estate market.
