Saturday, the day of rest. Only a 12 hour day if blogging doesn't count. Open House, Then photos and enter a new listing. A gift from another broker. Then collect the backup from two potential tenants to fill my two vacant properties. I didn't have time today to show my two rentals if they were still truly vacant. It is always such a pleasure to have the credit, employment, and criminal background checks come back desirable. Job well done, the landlords won't have extended vacancy.
