Why is Buying an Investment House so Difficult in Kissimmee, Florida right now? the competition for the limited inventory. An investor wants to purchase a property at the lowest possible amount. Currently there has been an influx of purchases being made by Hedge Funds who are looking for long term positions to collect rent for their return on investment. They seem to be paying a little more than what the property is currently worth. The second major problem is most REO's or Bank Owned Properties are hitting the market with a time frame that investors need not apply. They have notices (0 comments)
