The day starts out taking are of a well pump for one of the tenants. The well company was dispatched and it appears while the tenants have been gone 2 weeks on vacation, lightening struck the well pump. Central Florida is the lightening capital of Florida, and Florida is the lightening capital of the United States. We are located smack in the middle of Lightening Alley, Tampa to Titusville. Then collect the backup from two potential tenants to fill my two vacant properties. I didn't have time today to show my two rentals if they were still truly vacant.
