daylight savings time: Fall Back 1 Hour! Daylight Savings Time Ends Nov. 5 - 11/04/23 07:03 PM

Who else, like me, loves the thought of getting an extra hour of sleep tonight? As someone who often has trouble sleeping-or staying asleep-I welcome all the help I can get. So I will "fall back" by setting my manual clocks back 1 hour before I go to sleep, so they are prepared for the time change at 2 am on Sun., Nov. 5, 2023.
