Carr-Crowe This December 12th, residents of San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties join Wreaths Across America to honor fallen soldiers with their annual laying of the wreaths ceremony. A non-profit organization honoring both active and fallen soldiers, Wreaths Across America started in 1992 and has grown to 350 participating locations. It first began at Arlington National Cemetary.
