Who doesn't enjoy breathing fresh clean air? As my husband Steve suffers from asthma, allergies, COPD and breathing difficulties, keeping the air clean in the house is important to us.
On sunny days, it's easy to go outside for fresh air. On rainy days when people are stuck inside the house or office, the air cleaners known as houseplants can literally be lifesavers. 
Certain houseplants easily process out dangerous chemicals such as benzene, xylene and ammonia as well as carbon dioxide. NASA performed landmark studies in 1989 to find out which plants can remove dangerous chemicals from an environment as well … (0 comments)

Vision Boards can be powerful tools for keeping priorities and goals front and center of one's attention. This is especially true when vision boards are posted in places that visually remind a person of their focus and purpose.
Vision boards can be created out of paper, glue, markers and images from old magazines or by using online tools such as Canva.
Great places to post Vision Boards include online, on/next to one's bathroom mirror and as a screensaver or next to one's computer screen. Some people even keep one in their briefcase or laptop bag as well as their car.

Who doesn't enjoy breathing fresh clean air? On sunny days, it's easy to go outside for fresh air. On rainy days when stuck inside, be sure to show gratitude to the air cleaners known as your houseplants.
Many houseplants even easily process out dangerous chemicals as well as carbon dioxide. Some of these air-cleaning stars include golden pothos, english ivy and anthurium. Pet owners should ensure that only non-toxic plants are in the home.
