“Happy Three Kings Day, Epiphany and Twelfth Night”. What a mouthful! Along with Theophany, it sounds like four different holidays but in truth they are four separate names for the same event that occurs every January 6th. By any name, the January 6th holiday celebrates the anniversary of the day the Magi or the “Three Wise Men” presented the Holy Child, God's only son Jesus Christ, born of the virgin Mary, with the princely gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh.
