Here’s a story I read recently that may appeal to those of you who know teenagers.
As I was heading into my local Los Gatos, Calif. Safeway store, I noticed four young boys hanging out in front. They looked "up to no good" to me. I watched them closely when I entered and left the store, but while I felt uncomfortable, they just kept talking and laughing at one another's jokes.

Like most neighborhoods in Santa Clara County some people feel they “own” the parking spaces in front of their homes-especially in the “nicer” neighborhoods of Saratoga, Los Gatos and Willow Glen. They believe it to the tune of leaving nasty notes on the windshield claiming, "You can't park here!"

To find the cities with the most overpriced homes, they ranked the 40 largest Metropolitan Statistical Areas--geographic entities defined by the U.S. Office of Management and Budget, for use in collecting statistics. Using data provided to Forbes by Altos Research, a Mountain View, Calif.-based real estate research firm, each metro area was ranked on the following:
1) percentage of homes that had seen price reductions, an indicator of inflated pricing;
