While many people consider back-up offers a waste of time (or the more cynical think it's just a way to ensure the accepted offer performs), I know of three different back-up offer clients who succeeded in getting the home in the past year.

I'm looking to order some new signs and would love to get 50 to 100 new cheap ugly yellow house-shaped signs (e.g. "bandit signs").
Anyone have some good resources at low prices with fairly decent turnaround time (less than 1 week)? I'm in California, and most I see online are on the East Coast. Or if you use or recommend (or DON'T recommend someone, I'd appreciate hearing about it).
