Leasing vs. Buying a Home in Brownsburg, Indiana OK, I just can't help myself. I am obsessed with statistics, as you well know if you've ready any of my blog posts here. This is a comparison I've been wanting to do for a while. I've known that for many years, leasing a home (not apartment) in Brownsburg on its face costs more than buying. This accomplishes several (2 comments)

With 5% down on a $200,000 home, monthly mortgage payments will be about $1,300 (includes loan principle and interest, plus real estate taxes and homeowners insurance). Now let's look at the difference between a $200,000 home in Brownsburg and a $1,300/month rental. Rental homes are leasing at an average of $0.72/square foot. At $1,300, that equates to a 15 year old, 1,800SF home. Typically a large 3 or (1 comments)
