The residential real estate market is continuing to grow in the southern most parts of Santa Clara County. We have 25% more homes for sale than we did last January. The number of properties entering escrow also indicates we'll likely see increasingly steady trends for the year ahead.

You'll note in the narrative of the graph, this area is still considered a Seller's market. Here's an interesting data point, there were 1,416 new listings for homes this year between 1 January and 10 December 2013 according to MLS (0 comments)
One year ago 141 homes were for sale in this area according to the MLS and shown in the Trendgraphix data I shared on 10 November 2013. The MLS shows there are 200 currently available including two which listed earlier today.
