The Fraser Team does it again!We reached out about an expired listing, only to find out the owner did not know that his short sale listing was let to expire. After a little research and verification we met up with this homeowner that was in trouble on his home. We gathered all of the necessary documentation and started over for him on a short sale as he was out of options and needed this chapter closed somehow. You heard that it is best to wait and see what happens with the market and see if values keep going up, then you hear no don't sell in the winter or the holiday season it is a bad time to sell. WRONG not this year. Buyers are buying and moving even during the holidays.
