August property sales were 83, down 18.6% from 102 in August of 2010 and 34.1% lower than the 126 sales last month. August 2011 sales were at their lowest level compared to August of 2010 and 2009. August year-to-date sales of 811 are running 11.5% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 916.
The Median Sales Price in August was $130,000, down 9.4% from $143,500 in August of 2010 and down 10.9% from $145,950 last month. The Average Sales Price in August was $162,143, up 6.4% from $152,374 in (4 comments)
