statistics: Greeley CO Real Estate Market Report - November 2019
- 11/08/19 09:29 AM
The Greeley CO real estate market data for September showed mixed signs of the area’s move into the slower fall/winter season. The sales increase was mildly surprising, while month-to-month price variations are normal and a drop in inventory is expected. And seasonal effects are going to obscure what’s going on with other factors, such as uncertainty about the economy and its impact on our strong regional economy, so we’ll have to wait for the more active spring season to know whether that will be an issue. In the meantime, our latest real estate market update - Greeley CO - takes an in-depth

statistics: Loveland CO Real Estate Market Update - November 2019
- 11/07/19 09:22 AM
The Loveland CO real estate market did offer a surprising result this month, with sales rising instead of dropping off as would be expected from the slower season. In regards to prices, their decreases this month may be normal for the season, so we’re going to wait for more active times to draw any conclusions there. And the drop in inventory is always expected at this time. And we also think seasonal effects will obscure any impacts from uncertainty about the economy, though we may be seeing some of that. As is usual for real estate, we’ll ride out this season,

statistics: Loveland CO Real Estate Market Update - September 2019
- 09/09/19 07:53 AM
Loveland CO’s August real estate numbers are what we expect to see at this time of year, as we begin to work our way into a somewhat slower fall season. There were no surprises with modest sales declines and inventory increases, and we expect that trend to persist in coming months. Home prices will continue to vary month-to-month, but we’re not surprised to see prices generally rising over time, as the strong regional economy continues to generate job growth. Any change in the status quo beyond normal seasonal changes is likely to come from uncertainty about the national economy. Our latest real

While the slight resurgence in home sales in August was a bit unexpected, we’re seeing prices ease somewhat as a result of the year’s lower overall sales results. statistics: Fort Collins CO - August 2018 Market Update
- 08/07/19 11:21 AM
August traditionally marks the end of our busier spring/summer market, but we started seeing signs of that over a month ago. Rising home prices and low inventory have lessened some of the heat we experienced in the market over the past several years. Hopefully, the somewhat slower pace will moderate the upward price pressure and encourage buyer who gave up previously to take another look. Our latest real estate market update - Fort Collins CO - takes an in-depth look at what's been happening with home sales, prices and inventory. Check it out!

statistics: The May 2019 Real Estate Market Update for Greeley CO
- 05/10/19 11:00 AM
The Greeley real estate market is showing very few signs of a spring/summer resurgence. While sales are mostly on par with recent years, and currently matches levels experienced in busier summer months, inventory has been stuck at levels insufficient to meet strong buyer demand and prices continue to rise. It’s still early in the year, but with overall conditions basically unchanged, we’re expecting this year to be similar to last year. statistics: The April 2019 Real Estate Market Update for Greeley CO
- 04/09/19 09:16 AM
With the end of the slower winter real estate market, marked by two months of sales gains, it’s apparent that housing demand in Greeley CO remains strong, bolstered by a healthy regional economy and job growth. Our attention shifts to the on-going lack of balance between supply and demand. Lack of inventory over the last several years has pushed prices higher but hasn’t yet provided sufficient incentive to existing home owners to enter the market. This is most likely because potential replacement homes are also in short supply and also becoming more expensive. It remains very much a seller’s market. Check out

statistics: The April 2019 Real Estate Market Update for Loveland CO
- 04/08/19 09:09 AM
March 2019, as expected, marked the end of Loveland CO's real estate market’s winter season, with sales strongly up. However, inventory was unable to keep pace with the gains in sales, leaving the market in the same unbalanced state it has experienced for several years now. And while we expect demand to remain strong because of the strength of the regional economy, we don’t see any potential for substantial changes in the inventory situation other than home owners responding to higher home values by offering their homes for sale, something they have so far been reluctant to do in sufficient numbers.

statistics: March 2019 Real Estate Market Report - Greeley CO
- 03/07/19 09:12 AM
While gains in sales and prices - as well as an increase in inventory that was mostly absorbed by increased sales - suggest early signs of a spring thaw in the market, it’s just too early to make too much of these numbers. We’ll need to move further into our busier spring season to get a better feel for where 2019 may take the market. But a strong regional economy and job growth give us reason for optimism, while we still worry about the scarcity of affordable housing.
