Today I realized that I have been stagnant for almost a month maybe even longer. I have been in a rut and either I haven't noticed it or I'm complacent to be there. I haven't been marketing myself with the methods that I know succeed......I've been lazy, posting blogs and writing comments when I could be shaking hands and meeting new clients. Activerain has helped me get some potential clients but not anything that I can count on as "guaranteed" paychecks. Now this guy is happy....I'll bet he's not in a rut. Will the ever changing Westfield Mall lose it's prized retail core status of Olympia within the next 10 years? Short answer - YES With new developments along the I-5 corridor approximately 10 miles North in the Hawks Prairie area, national retailers will begin making choices as to which location optimizes their visibility. Sure West Olympia still has the population and good demographics, but Hawks Prairie is growing, has Fort Lewis troop increases and an ever rising household income.
