Home sales year-to-date were up 32.14% with 74 closed transactions compared to 56 during the same period a year ago. August dollar sales volume rose nearly 200% year over year, up from $2.047 million last year to a stunning $6.110 million. For the year to-date, dollar volume was up nearly 99% to an incredible $40.340 million.
