Home sales year-to-date were up a whopping 54% with 83 closed transactions compared to 54 during the same period a year ago. August dollar sales volume fell year over year, declining nearly 46% from $5.332 million last year to $2.896 million. For the year, however, dollar volume rose with increased sales, up 35.4% to $39.920 million.
