All I can say is: what a summer! We expected the market to take off in 2013, but we had no idea to what degree. July saw a 27% increase in the number of home sales, as well as a 12% jump in sales prices from a year earlier. I’m blessed to have had the success myself and the rest of the Rhodes Team experienced this summer - 90 closings in August alone!
