The Lavergne TN real estate market is going to be impacted very soon. I saw on the local news yesterday that Walmart is coming to Lavergne. The new Walmart is expected to be open by the winter of 2016. The proposed site for the store is at the intersection of Murfreesboro Road and Fergus Road across from the Exxon Tiger Mart. This location will put the store across the street from the Heritage Valley subdivision and less than a mile from Lake Forest Estates. How will these neighborhoods be affected?
