For those who enjoy hiking, there could be few places better than the North Georgia Mountains. Our area offers several hiking trails to suit any type of trip that you have in mind. If you're looking for an easy, relaxing hike, perhaps the most worthwhile trip would be to visit the highest point in Georgia: Brasstown Bald. Just a 45 minute drive from Blue Ridge, this paved trail takes you from the parking lot all the way to the mountain's summit, a 1.2 mile hike.
