Most of the homes in Olde Crofton, bordered by Rt. 3, Rt. 424, and Rt. 450, were built in the 60's and 70's, and don't have basements. If I were to hazard a guess based on experience, I would say about 20%. Basements, especially when they are finished, are a feature that many home buyers have on their needs list. Even though they may not get full value for living space by appraisers, buyers love finished basements. The extra living space is just that good.
