Crofton, MD Market Report The Crofton, MD real estate market has done well this year, exceeding 2011 in all metrics. Today, there are only 51 Active listings in the MLS for zip code 21114, Crofton. That is a low inventory number for a community the size of Crofton.As you can see from the graph below, the total number of listings in Crofton has been declining for the past six months. They aren’t being replenished at a very fast rate.As a matter of fact, you can see several months where the pending contracts exceeded the number of new listings. That’s great … (0 comments)
