 Homes in Sun City Vistoso continue to sell. There were 131 homes sold during 2007 VS. 135 for 2006. That is only .029% less. Far better the the average market. Prices have come down as one would expect.
Dealing with seniors citizens is much different then the average home buyer. Most have been planning their retirement for years and are in much better financial condition then most.
About 50% of the home purchases here are cash with the remaining taking only small loans.
About 40% have second homes and spend only winters here.
