I've been a licensed broker since 1998. As such, I've observed a lot of market trends and various marketing models employed to respond to those changing trends.
Back when I started real estate in Lawrence KS, glamour shots were all the rage! The larger and more elaborate one's coiffure, the better! What you drove had more bearing on your success than the actual services you offered.

As we analyze the reasons that agents & brokers give for determining which real estate company to align with, statistics clearly support the importance of company culture as one of the primary factors.
While we understand the value & importance of culture, we sometimes struggle in adequately defining and articulating exactly what that culture is.
